Photogenic UK South Ltd (trading as Kodak Express) have relocated from Marlands to take number 30 Hanover Buildings, of 503 sq ft plus a large basement, for a term of 10 years at a rent of £12000 pa, while Gruve Cigarettes (Electronic Cigarettes) have taken the same term next door at 31 Hanover Buildings at a rent averaging £13000 pa for 372 sq ft.

Kat Sikorska  trading as Alteration Nation has also opened her new tattoo salon at 8 East Bargate where she took a 6 year lease of some 850 sq ft plus a large basement at a rent of £15000 pa.
