ASSET MANAGEMENT IN BISHOPS WALTHAM

Asset Management, Independent Financial Advisers Ltd have moved into Bishops Waltham, taking over the former Halifax premises at 12 Brook Street.

Osmond Brookes, acting on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group have assigned the lease of the 433 sq ft, 2 storey office/retail premises, which expires in 2012, at a rent of £6900 pa.

Jeremy Braybrooke of Osmond Brookes says “We must have had 20-30 enquiries for this property in all, which just goes to show the demand in the village, but Asset Management were there first and acted promptly and professionally to secure the premises for their expansion”
