FROZEN VALUE IN GREYWELL

Frozen food retailer Farmfoods have taken a new store of 8000 sq ft at 73-75, Greywelll Shopping Centre, Leigh Park, Havant from landlords Catalyst Sixth Retail LP.

Agents Osmond Brookes and twentyretail have let the former Woolworth unit, immediately adjacent to Tesco and 99p Stores, to Farmfoods Ltd who have taken just over 8000 sq ft of ground floor accommodation on a new 10 year lease at a rent of £50,000 pa exclusive of rates.

A Farmfoods spokesman said the company is glad to finally be there –

“We have long seen Greywell as a location where our combination of value and choice in frozen food will score highly with our customers, but haven’t been able to secure the right unit for us until now. We are now delighted to be open and trading and look forward to a long relationship with Leigh Park.”
