WILLIAM HILL THINK PORTSWOOD IS A GOOD BET.

Osmond Brookes, acting on behalf of the William Hill Organisation, have acquired the lease of 162 Portswood Road, Southampton as a new bookmakers office for the Group.

William Hill have taken a new 20 year lease with 5 year reviews from landlords Frontier Property Investments Ltd.

Osmond Brookes director, Jeremy Braybrooke says –

 “Portswood Road is particularly difficult to find a unit in at the present time and we had to be extra diligent to eventually find a unit, off the market, that suited our client.”
